WordPress, your theme and your plugins are updated continuously; leave them alone and you collect security holes, broken forms and eventually a site that can no longer be updated cleanly. We take the ongoing care off your hands: core, theme and plugin updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, and a regular look at load time.
Because PixelPlan is owner-run, when something goes wrong you write or call the person who knows your installation — no ticket system, no queue, no rotating account managers. What gets checked, how often, and which small changes are included is put in writing before we start. We look after WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce, including sites we did not build.

That sets the scope: what is checked, how often, which small changes are included. Service and price are fixed before the care starts.

Ongoing care
Updates, backups and checks run on the agreed rhythm. If something breaks, you get in touch directly — and reach the person who knows your website.

Ongoing care costs €800 per month. What exactly it covers is set per website — size, shop content and the plugin landscape differ a lot. After the free intro call the scope is agreed in writing, before any care begins.
Yes. We start with a stocktake of the installation, clean up what needs cleaning up, and take over the ongoing care from there — WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce included.
A backup runs before every change. If something goes wrong we restore the last working state and look for the cause calmly — instead of experimenting on your live website.
Yes, within the agreed scope. Anything beyond it — new pages, new features, a redesign — is estimated and agreed with you before we start.
